Services

Custom massage sessions are a unique fusion of the skills and techniques I've gathered through years of experience in massage therapy, yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices. I don't approach your body with the intent to "fix" — because you are not broken. Instead, my intention is to support your natural capacity for healing by creating space for deep relaxation and reconnection with your body.
Sessions are intuitively tailored and may include a combination of the following modalities:

Swedish Massage

Flowing strokes, kneading, and gentle tapping to improve circulation and promote relaxation.

Esalen® Massage

Long, connective strokes and gentle rocking to enhance body integration and a sense of wholeness.

Myofascial Release

Slow, focused work to release areas of tension and improve mobility.

Acupressure

Targeted holding of pressure points to support energy flow and address deeply held tension.
Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy

A gentle, subtle approach encouraging your body's own healing processes.

Reiki

Energy work that invites layers of tension to melt away, making space for profound stillness.

Salt Stones

Himalayan stones are infused with natural minerals to support muscle recovery. Warm soothing stones can enhance relaxation while room temperature can offer cooling relief and relieve sinus pressure.

Headache Relief

Targeted massage helping to relieve sinus pressure, migraines, and tension headaches.

Massage Policies

Located inside The Benchmark Inn at 103 W 2nd Street, Augusta KY 41002. Street parking is available in front of the Inn or at the parking lot on the corner of 2nd Street and Main. Please be aware you will need to climb a set of stairs to the entrance of the Inn. Also the door may be locked please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes of your appointment time so that I can be available to greet you. If you are running late please text or call 606-402-0535. Your session time may be adjusted in the event of a late arrival.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than a 24 hour notice will incur a charge. (Illness and emergencies will be considered on an individual basis) No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Returning clients please allow a minimum of 10 minutes in addition to the session time for intake and integration. New clients please allow 15-20 minutes in addition to your session time.

Massage is non-sexual in nature. Any inappropriate comments or behaviors will not be tolerated, the session will be terminated and charged in full for the appointment.

I reserve the Right to Refuse any client for any reason.
